Last Minute Upgrades now available

If you're an Airpoints member with Airpoints Dollars to burn, here's some good news. You can now request a last minute standby upgrade or redeem your complimentary upgrades at the airport. They can be requested at the Air New Zealand ticketing desk or at the lounges in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Los Angeles and the Air New Zealand ticketing desks in London and San Francisco.

An upgrade will be available if there's space. Whenever possible a choice of meals will be offered, however we cannot guarantee that your first choice will be available.
